From Atlanta

1. Take 316 East for approximately 39 miles.
2. Take the US-78 / GA10 East exit (Univ. of Georgia / Lexington / Hartwell). This will put you on Outer 10 Loop.
3. Continue on Outer 10 Loop and exit at Oconee Street / Lexington Road Exit (#8.)
4. Take a right off of that exit and then take an immediate right onto Barnett Shoals Rd.
5. The Woodlands of Athens will be 1/4 mile on the left.

From Downtown Athens

1. Take Broad Street and fork off to right onto Oconee Street.
2. Continue on Oconee Road Street about 2.5 miles to Barnett Shoals Rd.
3. Take a right onto Barnett Shoals Rd.
4. The Woodlands of Athens will be 1/4 mile on the left.
